Healthy Minds Club

Healthy Minds promotes mental wellness strategies and works to reduce the stigma associated with common mental health conditions, such as anxiety and depression. We help provide students with open communication and encourage everyone to share their thoughts and ideas. In the past, we've had engaging workshops and student panels, game nights, weekly discussions, art activities and lots of other exciting mental health events. Join us in removing the stigma surrounding mental health while building meaningful connections within your college community.
