Special Events/Offers

The Campus Activities Board (CAB) sponsors several bus trips each semester. When scheduled, trip details will be listed below, along with the price for students and non-students to participate. Please sign up for trips at Student Activities, SSC L149. Unless otherwise noted, all trips depart campus from the SBM Charitable Foundation building driveway. Spots are not reserved until payment is made at the Bursar’s Office and a completed liability waiver is submitted. For all trips, prices are subject to change.

Digital Signage

Student Activities operates the digital signage located throughout the campus. The signage is available to student clubs and campus departments to advertise meetings and events. Anyone interested in posting information on the digital signage should contact Michelle Nickerson via email or call 860-512-3282.

Locker Rentals

Lockers are available for students to use throughout the semester and are located at various locations throughout campus. The cost is $5 for the semester and students must supply their own lock.

Bulletin Boards

Bulletin boards are used to inform the campus community of campus events, activities, policies and notices. Space is provided for items of an educational, cultural, civic or recreational nature, rather than for commercial or partisan political purposes. The bulletin boards are also offered as a community service to publicize local groups, meetings, cultural events, non-partisan political events, fund-raising events for nonprofit organizations and educational opportunities. If you have something you would like to post, bring it to Student Activities for prior approval.
